The location is strategic: only 750 metres from the centre of Dervio, 1200 metres from the beach and with numerous services nearby. You can easily reach a supermarket, restaurants and bars. The railway station is only 1 km away, while the ski facilities of Piani di Bobbio are easily accessible.
The apartment accepts a small pet and is ideal for families and groups of young people who want to explore the beauty of Lake Como. The outdoor private parking and the balcony complete this unique accommodation.
N.B. at checkin all the guests have to pay the city tax of Euro 2,00 per person per night.
